A charge of public drunkenness is pending against a 57 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.

1319:
A charge of criminal mischief is pending against a 15 year old Hanover juvenile following an incident in the 400 block of Moul Avenue.

1417:
Theft of currency and access device cards reported in the first block of W. Chestnut Street.

1417:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at E. Walnut Street and Baltimore Street. A 1998 Chevrolet 1500 operated by Edward Shaw, of Hanover, was struck by a 2009 Chevrolet HHR operated by Eric Click, of Hanover.

1430:
Criminal mischief involving damage to an electric box reported at N. Franklin Street and Gail Street.

1535:
Retail theft reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1647:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 100 block of E. Chestnut Street.

1846:
Disturbance involving an argument between several subjects reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street.

2041:
Injuries were not reported and towing was required following a crash in the 700 block of Eichelberger Street. A 2022 Kia Forte operated by Kenneth Easton, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Honda Civic owned by Devetche Johnson, of Hanover.

2212:
Nicole Kozlowski, age 47 of Hanover, was arrested and cited  for public drunkenness following an incident at N. Railroad Street and Gail Street. Kozlowski was also arrested on outstanding warrants. She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.
