Friday, May 23, 2025;

0711:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

0757:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the 400 block of Springbrook Court.

0901:
Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a credit card was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1157:
Disturbance involving a disorderly juvenile was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1216:
Jami Woolf, age 49 of Hanover, was cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance reported in the 100 block of York Street.

1251:
Disturbance involving a disorderly woman was reported in the 100 block of E. Chestnut Street.

1337:
Justine Moynihan, age 38 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1521:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash that occurred at E. Middle Street and Baer Avenue. A 2008 Toyota Rav4 operated by Christina Wiley, of Franklintown, PA, struck a 2008 Ford Ranger operated by Timothy Dobias, of Littlestown.

1615:
Fraud involving an internet scam was reported in the 100 block of Moulstown Road.

2022:
Missing person was reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street involving a 16 year old juvenile runaway.

2234:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the first block of Frederick Street.

Saturday, May 24, 2025;

0027:
Theft related charges are pending against a 31 year old Hanover woman following an incident reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

0327:
Carlos Diaz, age 50 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the first block of Colonial Crest Circle.

0825:
Disturbance involving a disorderly woman was reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.

1132:
Criminal trespass was reported in the 300 block of Frederick Street where a man loitering on private property left the area before police arrived.

1246:
Suspicious man reported loitering in the first block of N. Forney Avenue was located and checked out okay.

1257:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following a crash that occurred at Pleasant and Locust Streets. A 2003 Chevrolet S10 operated by Shawn McGee Jr., of Baltimore, MD, struck a 2016 Hyundai Elantra operated by Daytona Duncan, of Hanover. 

1451:
Domestic argument that occurred between a mother and daughter was reported in the first block of Charles Street.

1457:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the 1000 block of Keith Drive. 

1548:
Suspicious vehicle reported parked in the 200 block of Frederick Street was not located.

1943:
Charges for simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct were filed and an arrest warrant was obtained for Wesley Thomas, age 31 of Hanover following a domestic altercation reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street. Thomas was later arrested for the outstanding warrant and turned over to a constable for further disposition. 

1950:
Missing person was reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street involving a 16 year old runaway juvenile who later returned home.

2102:
Disturbance involving a disorderly woman was reported in the 600 block of Gay Street.

2247:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between several people was reported in the 200 block of Ruth Avenue.

2251:
Moderate injury was reported and towing was not required following a crash that occurred at W. Chestnut Street and Doss Alley. A 2017 Toyota Rav4 operated by Bill Hughes Jr., of Spring Grove, struck a Sohamo E-bike ridden by Hannah Leopold, of Hanover.

Sunday, May 25, 2025;

0059:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between two men was reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

0354:
Suspicious man reported loitering in the 700 block of Blossom Drive was not located.

0643:
Domestic argument occurring between a grandmother and grandson was reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street.

0732:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Third Street where a vehicle was entered and rummaged through sometime overnight.

0852:
Theft was reported in the 300 block of Juniper Lane were a wallet and documents were taken from a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

0954:
Theft of a 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street. The vehicle was later recovered.

1110:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Juniper Lane were a vehicle was entered and rummaged through sometime overnight.

1347:
Domestic argument that occurred between a man and woman was reported in the 100 block of York Street.

1645:
Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 200 block of W. Chestnut Street.

2121:
Domestic argument that occurred between a man and woman was reported in the 100 block of York Street.

Monday, May 26, 2025;

0855:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash that occurred at Third and N. Franklin Streets. A 2008 Dodge Ram operated by George Clouser, of Hanover, struck a barricade owned by the Borough of Hanover.

1706:
Disturbance involving a fight that occurred between two women was reported in the 100 block of York Street.

1824:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between two men was reported in the 300 block of Broadway.

2018:
Ricardo Richards, age 47 of Lititz, PA, was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2153:
Protection order violation was reported in the first block of S. Penn Street. Investigation continues.

2255:
Disturbance involving two disorderly juveniles was reported in the 100 block of Pleasant Street.
