Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 700 block of Broadway.

0810:
Justin Billet, age 45, and Amber Smith, age 44, both of Hanover, were arrested on outstanding warrants in the 700 block of Broadway. Billet was transported for appearance before Magistrate Gessner. Smith was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

0822: 
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 700 block of Broadway. A 2012 Chevrolet Express operated by Ronald Collins, of Hanover, struck a Ford F-150 owned by the Borough of Hanover.

1024:
A charge for violation of a protection order is pending against a 41 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street.

1150:
Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 400 block of Carlisle Street. A 2013 Kia Optima operated by Jacqueline Lee, of New Oxford, struck a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta operated by Cynthia Wisniewski, of Littlestown.

A charge for possession of drug paraphernalia is pending against a 32 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.

Missing person involving a 15 year old Hanover juvenile runaway reported in the first block of Mitchell Court who was located and returned home.

A charge for possession of a controlled substance is pending against a 22 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

Criminal mischief involving damage to a residential window reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street.

A charge of harassment is pending against a 35 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 700 block of Grant Drive.
