No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. A 2011 Ford Econoline operated by Joseph Carter, of Lancaster, struck a 2023 Infiniti operated by Brenda Thacker, of Hanover.

Harassment by communications involving unwanted text messages and phone calls reported in the 100 block of Ruth Avenue. Investigation continues.
