Theft of a package was reported in the first block of Penn Street.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street where a man and woman loitering on private property were located and warned.

0915:
Jacob Burtner, age 44 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 900 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition. 

1011:
Jacob Widmayer, age 44 of Hanover, and Christopher Bartone, age 37 of no fixed address, were cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1052:
Edward Casanova, age 63 of Hanover, was cited for disorderly conduct following a disturbance reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

A charge for filing false reports to law enforcement authorities is pending against a 43 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

A charge for driving under the influence is pending against a 22 year old Hanover man following a traffic stop in the 400 block of York Street.

James Blake, age 48 of Hanover, was cited for retail theft and public drunkenness following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1229:
Burglary was reported in the 200 block of N. Forney Avenue where a building was forcibly entered and a cellular phone was taken from inside.

1421:
A 16 year old Hanover juvenile was cited following a domestic altercation reported in the 500 block of York Street.

1505:
A charge for false identification to law enforcement is pending against a 46 year old Abbottstown man following a traffic stop in the 800 block of Broadway.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the 400 block of High Street.

Disturbance involving disorderly juveniles was reported in the first block of McAllister Street.

Retail theft that occurred on a previous date was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 100 block of York Street.

Disturbance involving a fight that occurred between two men was reported on Center Square.

0101:
Keith Weiderhold, age 35 of York, was cited for harassment and public drunkenness following a domestic altercation reported in the 500 block of Baltimore Street.

0804:
Harassment charges are pending against two Hanover men, ages 21 and 22, following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Baltimore Street.

0857:
Theft was reported in the first block of Orchard Street where money was taken from a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1228:
Theft of a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic was reported in the 100 block of Pleasant Street. The vehicle was later recovered in Adams County.

1246:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and woman was reported in the first block of Eichelberger Street.

1338:
Theft was reported in the 800 block of Broadway where a firearm was taken from a parked vehicle sometime overnight.

1931:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash that occurred in the 200 block of Third Street. A 2010 Hyundai Sonata operated by Blake McCuller, of Abbottstown, struck landscaping on properties owned by Betty Bowlin, Matthew Malkus, and Jose Corona, all of Hanover.

2256:
Missing person was reported in the 800 block of Grant Drive involving a 15 year old runaway juvenile who was located and returned home.

0306:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the first block of Stoner Avenue where a resident believed a person was tampering with a window to the residence. The area was checked and everything was okay.
