DAILY ACTIVITY LOG:

Friday April 17, 2026;

0805:
Suspicious person involving a male subject loitering on private property reported in the 700 block of Carlisle Street was gone before police arrived.

1121:
Violation of a protection order reported in the 400 block of Springbrook Court. Investigation continues.

1208:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 200 block of Carlisle Street. A 2011 Nissan Altima operated by Rafael Guzman Ramirez, of New Oxford, struck a 2023 Nissan Rogue operated by Linda Thomassy, of Hanover.

1427:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at Grant Drive and Broadway where a 2024 Peterbilt operated by Shaniah Powell, of Charlotte, NC, struck a traffic control signal owned by the Borough of Hanover.

1449:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 900 block of Carlisle Street. A 2018 Honda CRV operated by Mary Blodgett struck a 2000 Subaru Legacy operated by Patricia Thompson-Kauffman, of Thomasville.

1919:
Suspicious circumstances involving disorderly juveniles reported at N. Franklin Street and W. Park Avenue.

1936: 
Suspicious juveniles loitering in the area of High Street and Poplar Street were located and checked out okay by police.

1945:
Disturbance involving an argument between two women reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.

2016:
Missing person involving an 11 year old juvenile reported in the 200 block of Honeysuckle Court who returned home.

2241:
Charles Clark, age 57 of Hanover, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following an incident on Center Square. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2241:
Wendy Schriefer, age 45 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness following an incident on Center Square. She was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition.

Saturday April 18, 2026;

0008:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of S. Railroad Street.

0700:
Suspicious persons involving subjects loitering reported in the area of the 100 block of York Street.

0909:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.

1325:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.

1916:
A charge for resisting arrest is pending against a 16 year old Hanover juvenile following their arrest for outstanding warrants in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. They were turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition and later released to a parent.

1917:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the first block of Orchard Street.

2014:
Charges for harassment and disorderly conduct are pending against a 14 year old Hanover juvenile following an incident reported in the 100 block of Filbert Street.

2335:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Baltimore Street.

Sunday April 19, 2026;

0019:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

0132:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street.

0234:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

1425:
Disturbance involving disorderly juveniles reported in the 200 block of N. Franklin Street.

1601:
Sarah Keefer, age 45, and Emily Gillman, age 27, both of Hanover, were cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

2340:
Disturbance involving loud noise reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.
