A 13 year old Hanover juvenile was cited for harassment following an incident reported in the 700 block of Broadway.

Disturbance involving an argument between two males reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2141:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the first block of E. Hanover Street. A 2008 Subaru Impreza operated by Samuel Davis, of Hanover, experienced a mechanical malfunction and became disabled.
