Frederick Simpson, age 58 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, evading arrest or detention on foot, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Gessner and committed to York County Prison in lieu of $35,000.00 bail.
