No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 100 block of North Street. A 2023 Western Star operated by Dylan Zartman, of Hanover, struck a building owned by the Borough of Hanover.

No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at W. Chestnut Street and N. Franklin Street. An unknown vehicle struck a 2016 Mazda CX5 operated by Jazmine Smith, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

Suspicious person involving a male subject loitering in the 100 block of McKinley Avenue was gone before police were called.

Mary Norris, age 44 of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the first block of Center Square. She was turned over a constable for further disposition.

Charges for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia are pending against a 44 year old Hanover woman following an incident in the first block of Center Square.

0305:
Disturbance involving loud subjects reported in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.
