Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a son was reported in the 600 block of E. Walnut Street.

1115:
Fraud involving a phone scam was reported in the 700 block of Carlisle Street.

1738:
Retail theft charges are pending against two Hanover juveniles, ages 12 and 13, following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2022:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 500 block of High Street.

2103:
David Camden, age 62 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, and disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

2341:
Suspicious vehicle reported to be occupied and parked in the 100 block of Penn Street was not located.
