Harassment occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

2056:
Pamela Zartman, age 60 of Abbottstown, and Jeffrey Baugher, age 57 of no fixed address, were arrested on outstanding warrants following an incident at Gail Street and N. Railroad Street. They were turned over to a constable for further disposition.
