Suspicious person involving a male knocking on a door reported in the 100 block of Moul Avenue.

Suspicious person involving a male loitering on private property reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1450:
Domestic argument occurring between a mother and daughter reported in the first block of College Avenue.

1602:
Theft of a trashcan reported in the 200 block of E. Middle Street.

1656:
Injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at Baltimore Street and Pleasant Street. A 1990 Grumman truck operated by Francisco Verdin, of Mechanicsburg, struck a 2016 Jeep Wrangler operated by Theresa Cook, of Hanover.

2027:
Harassment involving a neighbor dispute reported in the first block of Charles Street.

2036: 
Harassment by communication involving unwanted communication reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2036:
Charges for harassment and disorderly conduct are pending against a 57 year old Hanover female following a disturbance at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

2138:
Ryan Dubois, age 28 of Manchester, MD, was arrested and charged with simple assault, harassment, and public drunkenness following an altercation in the 200 block of Poplar Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition.

2242:
A charge of harassment is pending against a 53 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 200 block of Ruth Avenue.

Saturday, February 21, 2026;

1028:
Disturbance involving loud juveniles reported in the 600 block of E. Middle Street.

1745:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at Frederick Street and N. Franklin Street. A 2020 Honda Civic operated by Brandon Hoff, of Hanover, struck a 2013 Nissan Altima operated by Diana Valdez, of Hanover. 

1941:
Luis Zapata-Silva, age 38 of Hanover was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported  in the 200 block of Baltimore Street. Charges for harassment are pending against two Hanover juveniles, ages 15 and 17, following the same incident.

2248:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 700 block of Broadway.
