No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash at Carlisle Street and Stock Street. An unknown vehicle struck a 2017 Toyota Rav4 operated by Sherri Burns, of York Springs, and fled the scene.

1106:
Theft of garbage cans reported in the 100 block of Broadway.

1152:
Fraud involving unauthorized charges to an access device reported in the 400 block of Locust Street.

1309:
Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street. A 2015 Honda CRV operated by Randy Wildasin, of Littlestown, struck a 2019 Acura RDX operated by Hailey Baunoch, of Taneytown, MD.

1658:
Criminal mischief involving a vehicle being entered overnight reported in the first block of Monroe Street. 

1717:
Disorderly male subject reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street was gone before police arrived.

1918:
Charges for violation of a protection order are pending against a 43 year old Newport News, VA, man following an incident reported in the 200 block of Carlisle Street.

1926:
Anthony Lucabaugh, age 42 of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition.

2134:
Maxwell Mulford, age 27 of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.
