Eric Bitzer, age 31 of Hanover, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the first block of Frederick Street. He was turned over to a Magisterial District Judge for further disposition.

1625:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following a crash in the 400 block of Carlisle Street. A 2008 Honda Civic operated by Christopher Joseph, of Hanover, struck a 2010 Honda Civic operated by Trenton Lockett, of Hanover.

1659:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the area of the 400 block of Fourth Street was gone before police arrived.

2204:
Disturbance involving an argument between roommates reported in the 200 block of E. Chestnut Street.
