Suspicious male subject reportedly loitering in the area of Broadway and Stock Street was gone before police arrived.

1401:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. An unknown vehicle struck a 2023 Audi Q7 operated by Takela Bivins-Huezo and fled the scene.

1429:
Fraud involving a phone scam reported in the first block of Fulton Street.

1532:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 800 block of High Street. A 2016 Toyota 4Runner operated by Bartolo Ramirez Fuentes, of Hanover, struck a 2010 Kia Soul operated by Rose Lansing, of New Oxford.

1813: 
No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the first block of W. Clearview Road. A 2013 Kia Sorento operated by Jean Valery, of Dover, DE, struck a utility pole owned by Met Ed.

0047:
Domestic argument occurring between two men reported in the 500 block of E. Walnut Street.

1334:
Domestic argument occurring between a grandparent, parent, and child reported in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

1721:
Domestic argument occurring between a mother and son reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman reported in the 200 block of Locust Street.

1856:
A 13 year old Hanover juvenile was cited for retail theft following an incident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2023:
Disturbance involving a loud subject reported in the 200 block of E. Middle Street was not located.

2234:
Bradley Plunkett, age 32 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, and simple assault following a domestic altercation in the 600 block of E. Middle Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Office for further disposition.
