Retail theft reported at a business in the 800 block of Carlisle Street.

1500:
Steven Neibert, age 58 of Hanover, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 600 block of E. Middle Street. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Gessner and committed to the York County Prison in lieu of $15,000.00 bail.

1620:
William Kern, age 67 of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the first block of Center Square. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Gessner and released.

1710:
A charge for retail theft is pending against a 45 year old McSherrystown man following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2053: 
Monica Dehoff, age 42 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 300 block of Third Street. She was also arrested on outstanding warrants and turned over to a constable.
