0827:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred at W. Middle and York Streets. A 2017 Freightliner truck tractor and trailer operated by Anthony Orsi, of Lancaster, PA, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed and a light pole owned by the Borough of Hanover.

1340:
Charges for access device fraud and identity theft area pending against a 28 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1531:
Criminal trespass was reported in the 200 block of Poplar Street where a male subject loitering on private property left the area before police arrived.

1544:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 900 block of Broadway.  A 2017 Subaru Forester operated by Ted Clousher, of Hanover, struck a 2010 Ford F150 operated by Richard Gebhart, of Hanover, which then struck a 2020 Honda Accord operated by Todd Zeno, of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the first block of W. Middle Street was not located.

Saturday, January 21, 2023;

0040:
Charges for harassment and disorderly conduct are pending against a 25 year old Hanover man following a disturbance reported in the first block of S. Railroad Street.

0153:
Criminal mischief was reported on Center Square where a male subject overturned trash cans.

0202:
A charge for public drunkenness is pending against a 41 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the first block of S. Railroad Street.

0540:
Criminal trespass was reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

1134:
Theft was reported in the 500 block of George Street where clothing, keys and wallet were taken.

1200:
Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street.

1737:
Harassment involving a male subject following a female in public was reported in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1825:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of Railroad Street. A 2011 Chrysler 300 operated by an unknown male struck a parking meter, owned by the Borough of Hanover, and fled the scene.

2012:
Criminal trespass was reported in the 800 block of Carlisle Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

2327:
Charges for harassment are pending against a 41 year old man and a 52 year old woman, both of Hanover, following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Sprenkle Avenue.

Sunday, January 22, 2023;

0053:
Suspicious male subject reported knocking on the door of a residence in the first block of Baltimore Street was not located.

0055:
Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

0309:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the 400 block of Carlisle Street.  A 2015 Hyundai Elantra operated by Heather Kuhn, of Hanover, struck a street sign owned by the Borough of Hanover and a tree owned by the Hanover Borough Shade Tree Commission.

1251:
A 15 year old Hanover juvenile was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.
