1422: 
A charge of retail theft is pending against a 27 year old Westminster woman following an incident reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

Disturbance involving an argument between two women reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

1438: 
Damaris Lamboy, age 27 of Hanover, was arrested on outstanding warrants in the 600 block of Broadway. She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.
