Disturbance that occurred the day prior involving two disorderly juveniles was reported in the 400 block of High Street.

No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash that occurred at Frederick and High Streets. A 2011 Subaru Legacy operated by Cynthia Godwin, of Hanover, struck a 2023 Nissan Altima operated by Zachary Otto, of Hanover.
