The Hanover Borough Police Department is investigating an incident of criminal mischief involving a subject damaging the window to a business. The police department is seeking to identify the male subject in the photo. Anyone who knows the identity of the subject is asked to submit a tip through the CRIMEWATCH app (can be done anonymously), or by calling the Hanover Borough Police Department at 717-637-5575.
