Lowery was arrested and charged for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of McAllister Street. Lowery was also charged with a separate count of indirect criminal contempt stemming from the incident related to a protection order violation. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff's Department for further disposition.
