The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office is featuring an unsolved major crimes case, monthly, in an effort to renew leads, potentially generate new evidence, and substantiate information that could cultivate an arrest.
Unsolved homicide case: Kelly Smith, 27, of Brackenridge
The body of Kelly Smith, 27, was found floating in the mouth of Chartiers Creek of the Allegheny River in Lower Burrell on June 14, 2007.
