The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office is featuring an unsolved major crimes case, monthly, in an effort to renew leads, potentially generate new evidence, and substantiate information that could cultivate an arrest. 

Unsolved homicide case: Drew Molinari, 34

On May 11, 2015, Drew Molinari, 34, arrived to work at Minniti Motorsports in Rostraver Township where he was employed as a clerk. 

Minniti Motorsports was formerly located in the Tri-County Shopping Plaza off Route 201 near Interstate 70. 

At approximately 8:15 a.m., Molinari was shot multiple times by a man wearing a blue hoodie with a facial covering. 

The suspect(s) believed to be involved was driving a silver or gray 2003 Chevrolet Impala without wheel coverings. 

The case involving Molinari remains active and ongoing. 

The Westmoreland County Detective Bureau continues to comb over police reports, interviews, evidence, and tips that pertain to the investigation.
