Greensburg, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli is pleased to welcome Joshua Giancola to the office as an assistant district attorney. 

Attorney Giancola was sworn in by Common Pleas Judge Chris Scherer on Friday, December 5, 2025. 

Josh worked previously as an attorney in South Carolina primarily focusing on general civil litigation at several firms. 

Josh attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate and earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. 

The DA's Office is thrilled to officially have Josh on staff and is looking forward to seeing his future success in the courtroom.
