Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli moderated an International Women’s Day event hosted by St. Barbara’s Philoptochos on Thursday evening at Dormition of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church. 

The event was meant to honor and celebrate women across the world. 

The panel featured women in healthcare, science, education, and the judicial system. The theme of the panel discussion was “Give to Gain”. The women, of orthodox faith, shared their stories of leadership, strength, support, faith, and more. 

DA Ziccarelli helped moderate the event and was impressed by the caliber of women represented in the work place and the community.
