Latrobe, PA -- CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, celebrated 20 years of advocacy in Westmoreland County with a leadership breakfast on Friday.
The breakfast drew approximately 200 people from across the county, public and private sectors, government offices, and healthcare professionals to celebrate CASA's triumphs and advocacy of Westmoreland's youth.
For 20 years, CASA of Westmoreland has been a powerful voice for children who need it most.
CASA said this milestone celebrates the advocates, supporters, and community partners who have helped change lives and create brighter futures.
The breakfast celebrated the work of the advocates and honored the advocate of the year, Robin Jennings.
As part of the celebration, Cody Sabol ended the morning by creating a custom painting for CASA and the Westmoreland County Courthouse.
The District Attorney's Office was honored to be a part of the morning and supports the mission and work of CASA and its protection of children.
