North Huntingdon Township, PA -- Two people are facing charges after an undercover drug buy led police to the seizure of methamphetamine.
Undercover officers were communicating with Devin Holt, of Wilkinsburg, with the purposes of obtaining an amount of methamphetamine.
Holt directed the undercover officer to a residence on Linshan Drive in North Huntingdon to make the transaction.
The officer was instructed to go to the back of the residence and enter through a basement door where he exchanged pre-recorded buy money for the crystal methamphetamine.
The following day, agents with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and North Huntingdon Township Police executed a search warrant on the Linshan Drive residence where undercover officers purchased the drugs.
Officers seized crystal methamphetamine, gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB), scales, and packaging baggies.
The owner and occupant of the home, Russell Heyz, was placed into custody, along with two other co-conspirators.
Heyz allegedly told officers that he provided crystal methamphetamine to the co-conspirators on several occasions.
One of the co-conspirators told investigators that Heyz would provide individuals meth in exchange for profit, fun, and or sexual interactions.
Heyz and Holt are facing drug-related charges as a result of the investigation.
