UPDATE 10/7/2026:

New Stanton, PA -- Pennsylvania State Police arrested and charged Gerald Younkin, 53, with burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and theft by unlawful taking. 

New Stanton, PA -- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after an ice cream shop in New Stanton was burglarized over the weekend. 

The owners of Bruster's Real Ice Cream of New Stanton and neighboring Poulich Pit BBQ posted surveillance images and video of the actor on the businesses' social media accounts of the incident. 

The actor was observed using an object to smash through the front windows of the store. 

Due to the damage, the business has remained closed since Sunday morning. 

The owners and state police are encouraging anyone who may recognize the actor in the surveillance images to contact state police at 724-832-3288.
