Greensburg, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli announces Charles Walker, 59, pleaded guilty to causing a fatal accident two years ago.
Walker, of Columbus, Ohio, pled guilty to vehicular homicide, two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle, reckless endangerment and multiple traffic citations.
Walker caused the crash that killed a New Stanton man while driving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 70 in South Huntingdon Township in October of 2020.
Dillon Walton, 27, was killed as a result of the collision.
Walker will be sentenced within the next 60 days.
The investigation was handled by State Police in Belle Vernon and prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Allen Powanda.
