North Huntingdon Township, PA -- North Huntingdon Township Police, in conjunction with the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office, charged a North Huntingdon woman with endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
Kimberly Strashensky, 53, was arraigned on Friday and released on her own recognizance.
In late March, North Huntingdon Township Police investigated a fatal motorcycle accident on Ridge Road.
Police said one teen left Strashensky's house on a motorcycle to pick up the other teen and were expected to return to a party at Strashensky's home.
Both teens were killed upon crashing over an embankment off of Ridge Road.
It was learned through the investigation, Strashensky knowingly permitted juveniles to drink alcohol at her house on a regular basis.
Detectives conducted multiple interviews with juveniles who have attended parties at Strashensky's home where alcohol was consumed, and on at least one occasion, police said Strashensky bought Twisted Tea for the juveniles.
The teens told police Strashensky's house was known as a party house and in a cell phone video, Strashensky can be heard telling the juveniles to not puke in her bathroom.
