Lower Burrell, PA -- Two members affiliated with the Pagans Motorcycle Club, an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, were arrested and charged by Lower Burrell Police following an assault in January.
Robert Browne, 27, and Devin Colucci, 25, are facing charges of robbery, simple assault, theft, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and harassment.
Colucci is facing an additional charge of possessing a prohibited and offensive weapon.
On January 22, 2026, Lower Burrell Police responded to Mogie’s Irish Pub on Leechburg Road for a reported assault.
Lower Burrell Police interviewed the victim, 70, following the assault and the events leading up to the alleged attack.
The victim told investigators he was aware of two patrons in the restaurant who were associated with the Pagans.
The victim claimed about 10 minutes later, two other known Pagans arrived, Colucci and Browne.
Colucci allegedly confronted the victim in the parking lot that he was not leaving the restaurant with an ‘Outlaw OMG’ shirt on and told the victim he was not allowed in the area because it was the Pagans territory.
When Colucci and the victim attempted to reenter the restaurant following the confrontation in the parking lot, the victim told police Colucci and Browne attacked him, ripped his shirt, bounced him off the bar, kicked him, and broke his glasses.
Detectives reviewed surveillance video of the assault which corroborated the victim’s account of the assault.
Lower Burrell Police also reviewed license plate readers from Colucci and Browne’s vehicles on the day of the assault which matched times and locations of the events leading up to and after the assault.
At a preliminary hearing on March 31, 2026, all charges were held for court.
Both men are being held in the Westmoreland County Prison on $300,000 bail.
