South Huntingdon Township, PA -- Pennsylvania State Police charged a West Newton woman after children in her care tested positive for narcotics.

Both children, 2 years old and 11 months old, tested positive for cocaine in their system.
Roberta Deary, 35, relayed to police that she had been using cocaine and crack cocaine for an extended period of time and was aware both minor children tested positive.
Deary is facing charges of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.
