We have received reports of scam phone calls claiming to be from our office regarding missed jury duty and demanding immediate payment of fines or fees. THIS IS A SCAM

As a reminder our office will never:

Call and demand payment over the phone

Request payments by gift cards, prepaid cards, or electronic transfers

Threaten immediate arrest for missed jury duty

If you receive a call like this:

Hang up immediately

Do not provide personal or financial information

Report the call to your local law enforcement agency
