On Thursday February 26th the Pike County Sheriff's Office proudly began the day by recognizing several outstanding members of our team for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to our community.
Deputy Al Capizzo was officially sworn in as a Deputy after beginning his career with our office as a Security Officer. We are proud to see his continued growth and dedication to serving Pike County.
Senior Deputy DiPalma was promoted from Deputy, being our first Senior Deputy after more than 12.5 years of dedicated service to this office and our community.
Deputies Sell and Westling were presented Letters of Commendation for their dedication and service to our office in a time of need.
Deputies Sell, Boyer, and Vanhorn were awarded Awards of Merit for demonstrating initiative and providing exceptional service during a medical incident.
Deputy Halstead was honored as our 2025 Deputy of the Year.
