Last night, during Matamoras Borough’s monthly meeting, the Borough proudly presented retired Chief Chad D. Stewart with a beautiful handcrafted wooden American flag, engraved with Chief Stewarts badge.

The plaque reads:

“Presented to Chief Chad D. Stewart
Eastern Pike Regional Police
In grateful appreciation for 30 years of distinguished law enforcement service.
Thank you for your unwavering courage, integrity, and leadership.
July 3, 1996 – October 20, 2026.”

The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department extends its sincere appreciation to Chief Stewart for his three decades of dedicated service, leadership, and commitment to the community. His years of service and dedication will not be forgotten.
