Officers from the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department attended a ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park commemorating the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

It was a beautiful and moving ceremony that brought together first responders, public officials, veterans, and community members from throughout our area to honor and remember the lives lost on that tragic day.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Veterans Memorial Park Committee and the organizers who continue to make this meaningful annual event possible.

A special thank you to Mayor Cory Homer, U.S. Representative Rob Bresnahan, Pennsylvania State Representative Jeff Olsommer, Pastor Butch Gilpin, and all of the dignitaries, first responders, veterans, and community members who helped make this ceremony so special.

Twenty-five years later, we remain united in remembrance.
