On April 28, 2026 Tuesday at 5:18 PM, Palmer Township Police were dispatched to a business in the 4000 block of Freemansburg Ave for an active shooter.

Upon arrival, responding Officers spoke with a male on scene who was securing the property for the evening. Officers did check the entire property and found no evidence of an active shooter or criminal activity. Officers continued to check the area and still confirmed there was no active shooter in the area. 

There is no threat to the community and this investigation is ongoing.
