PALMER TOWNSHIP / SNOW EMERGENCY 

The Snow Emergency for Palmer Township will go into effect on Sunday morning 1/25/26 at 7:00 am until Monday 1/26/26 afternoon 3:00 pm. Palmer Township Officials are encouraging residents to start removing their vehicles early from the posted Snow Emergency Routes. Any vehicles still parked on the posted routes during this time will be ticketed and towed. Officials are also reminding residents to utilize parking their vehicles in garages, driveways and designated areas if possible. By removing all vehicles from the roadway, this will increase the efficiency for plowing operations to continue safely.

Officials are asking all motorists to remain off the roadways for any unnecessary travels during the anticipated snow storm. If you must travel during this time, please make sure you have an emergency kit with you, if your vehicle becomes disabled.
