On May 19, 2026 at approximately 1:16 PM, the Palmer Township Police responded to the Boscov's for a retail theft in progress. Further information provided the description of the female suspect, who entered a gold Toyota sedan with New Jersey registration and is now driving off the mall property. Responding Officers were able to locate the vehicle with the female operator. Officers conducted a traffic stop and identified the female suspect as Stephanie Porto, who Loss Prevention confirmed she was just inside the store and stole $78.00 in merchandise. Stephanie Porto was placed into custody and transported to the Palmer Police Station for processing.

Stephanie Porto was issued a non-traffic citation for retail theft and released.
