**ARRESTED**ERNESTO MENDEZ MARTINEZ**

On Tuesday March 10, 2026 at approximately 8:25 PM, the Palmer Township Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Nazareth Rd for a reckless driver, operating a gray Nissan SUV, who was swerving back and forth on the travel lanes, almost crashing several times. The responding Officer, who was monitoring traffic at a nearby intersection, located the vehicle, now parked with a male operator still seated the driver seat. The investigating Officer spoke with male operator, who displayed signs of impairment. The male operator was unable to provide any information requested by the Officer. The male was placed into custody without incident and transported for identification and further processing.

The male was later identified as Ernesto Mendez Martinez. He was later arraigned by Magisterial District Justice McClure and bail was set at $10,000.00 unsecured.
