**ARRESTED**KEVIN LUTES**

On December 28, 2025 (Sun) at 11:55 PM, The Palmer Township Police were dispatched to a residence on the 2900 block of Clayton Street for a domestic in progress, involving family members. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the female victim who had visible injuries and was bleeding from her ear. Further investigation confirmed the male suspect as Kevin A. Lutes who was taken into Police custody without incident. 

Kevin A. Lutes was transported to the Palmer Township Police Department for processing. He was later transported to the Northampton County Central Booking Center and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $30,000.00 bail.
