On Friday September 11, 2026 at approximately 10:42 PM, Palmer Township Police responded to the parking lot of the 25th Street Shopping Center for multiple calls involving a male and female in a physical domestic. Upon arrival, witnesses advised the Officers the female victim ran into a business. Officers located the female who had visible injuries to her face. Further investigation identified the male suspect as Tony Donnell Hullum. An arrest warrant was obtained for Tony Donnell Hullum. He later turned himself into the Palmer Township Police. On Monday he was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Hutnik who set bail at $25,000.00 unsecured.
