**ARRESTED**EMMANUEL HENRIES**

On November 7, 2025 at approximately 12:17 AM, a Palmer Township Officer was on patrol in the area of Tatamy Rd and observed a gray Hyundai sedan driving with no rear tail lights on. The Officer conducted a vehicle stop on the Hyundai, which the vehicle stopped for a brief moment and then continued south on Tatamy Rd. The vehicle then pulled over again for another brief moment at Danforth Dr and sped off again south on Tatamy Rd., failing to stop for the Officer.

Officers were able to locate the vehicle stopped at the Tatamy Rd / Hackett Ave intersection. Officers took the male operator into custody without incident. The operator was identified as Emmanuel Henries, who was transported to the Palmer Township Police Department for processing.

He was later arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Corpora and released on $5000.00 bail unsecured.
