**ARRESTED**KENNETH DICEN**4/3/26**
On Wednesday March 25, 2026 at approximately 6:33 PM, Palmer Township Police were dispatched to the area of Hartley Ave / William Penn Hwy for a male walking and acting out in the middle of the road. As Officers arrived on scene looking for the male, they were updated for a possible burglary in progress on the 2700 block of Nazareth Rd, for a male banging on the residence door. The same description of the male they were looking for was now at this residence. Further information advised the male suspect got into the home owner's blue Subaru sedan, parked in the driveway, locked the door and will not exit the vehicle. Officers arrived on scene giving commands to the male suspect to exit the vehicle. During this time, the male suspect ignored the Officers commands, as he continued to yell and scream and revving the engine multiple times. The male suspect drove away off the grass property back onto Nazareth Rd.
Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, which the male suspect continued driving. The vehicle became disabled in the middle of the road due to the damage caused from driving over landscaping and curbs. The male suspect fled on foot from the vehicle and was later apprehended nearby. The male suspect was identified as Kenneth Dicen. He was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.
On April 3, 2026 Kenneth Dicen was released from the hospital and transported to the Northampton County Central Booking for processing and arraignment. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Englesson and committed to prison on $10,000.00 bail straight.
