**ARRESTED**WANTED PERSON**ANTHONY BROWN**

On September 22, 2026 at approximately 7:15 PM, a Palmer Township Officer was on patrol when he observed a suspicious male inside a parked vehicle with a New Jersey registration, parked on the 300 block of Berks Street. Officers made contact with the male who was identified as Anthony Brown. Further investigation confirmed he had an active arrest warrant from New York for weapons offense. Officers placed Anthony Brown into custody without incident. During this time he was also in possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to the Palmer Township Police Department for processing.

He was later arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Cappobianco on the Out of State Fugitive from Justice, who set bail at $75,000.00 and $2500.00 for the possession of controlled substance. He was committed to the Northampton County Prison on both charges.
