The Nazareth Borough Police Department has filed criminal charges and obtained an arrest warrant for Kashawn Allston following an investigation into the fraudulent use of stolen credit card information at a local business within the Borough.
On May 14, 2026, officers responded to Gorilla Smoke N' Vape after it was discovered that multiple credit card numbers had been used to purchase more than $800 worth of merchandise. Shortly after the transaction, a victim contacted the business and reported that one of the charges was unauthorized.
Through a comprehensive investigation involving surveillance footage, license plate reader technology, search warrants, intelligence-sharing partnerships, and witness interviews, investigators were able to identify Allston and obtain an arrest warrant.
This case serves as a reminder for residents to regularly monitor their bank and credit card accounts and immediately report any suspicious or unauthorized transactions to their financial institution and local law enforcement.
As always, all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
