The Borough of Nazareth is hiring Crossing Guards for the 2026-27 school year! Positions are open for daily and substitute guards to work the before and after school shifts. Ability to work on short notice is a must. These are paid positions. Applications must be submitted in person to the Police Administrative Office weekdays between 9:00am - 4:00pm. Requirements:

Ability to stand for up to 90 minutes in all weather conditions

Must have a valid email address and internet access for pre-employment paperwork and post hire training 

Successfully pass background check prior to offer of employment

Preference given to applicants who are available for both the before and after school shifts (7:20am-8:20am & 2:30-4:05pm)
