On October 3rd, 2024, at approximately 2359 hours, an officer observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop. While speaking with this female, the officer observed signs of alcohol impairment. At the conclusion of the DUI investigation, this female was taken into custody. A legal blood draw was conducted, after receiving the blood results, this female was charged for the offense.
