On August 11, 2026, at 10:40 PM, Nazareth Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of South Main Street. A male victim reported being approached by an unknown male, who appeared to be intoxicated and had an open can of beer, while parking his vehicle. The offender verbally insulted the victim and used offensive language towards him and his family members before walking back into his residence. The victim, fearing the offender might return, contacted the authorities. A short time later, the male was located and found to be intoxicated. He was identified and subsequently charged accordingly, then released.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
