On July 10, 2026, at 0748 hours, Nazareth Police responded to a welfare check in the 300 block of South Broad Street. Upon arrival, officers found a female sitting on a park bench, appearing disheveled and laughing to herself. Recognizing the individual from previous encounters, officers conducted a records check and discovered an active warrant out of Lehigh County. The warrant was confirmed with Lehigh County, and the female was taken into custody without incident. The individual was transported to the Nazareth Police station, where she awaited transport to Lehigh County. Lehigh County Probation Officer arrived and took custody of the offender.  All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
